Since receiving his Real Estate License in 1995, Chad has co-listed and sold North Raleigh new home subdivisions such as Westwind, Westlake, Bridgeton Park, Westlake Pointe, Richmond Hill, Wellington Commons, Westlake Reserve Townhomes, Durston, Old Stone Crossing, Wyndcroft and Murray Hill at Crosswinds. He is equally experienced with the re-sale market and can successfully guide you through the selling and buying process.
